India, Aug. 10 -- Zinc prices rose marginally by 10 paise, or 0.03%, to Rs 389.20 per kg in futures trade on Monday, supported by increased positions taken by market participants and firm spot demand.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), zinc contracts for August delivery traded at Rs 389.20 per kg, with a business turnover of 434 lots.
Traders attributed the marginal uptick to higher demand in the spot market, which lent support to zinc futures.
