India, May 19 -- The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 3.28 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 5.42 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 39.48 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined by 5.22 per cent at Rs 102.85 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 108.52 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 3.22 per cent to Rs 96.28 crore from Rs 93.28 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 297.42 per cent at Rs 6.16 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 1.55 crore).
