India, Feb. 12 -- Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Limited has entered into an agreement with Rebel Foods Private Limited, pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
Under the agreement, Zaggle will provide its Zaggle Zoyer Platform to Rebel Foods for a period of one year. The contract has been awarded by a domestic entity and is domestic in nature.
The company clarified that neither the promoter nor the promoter group has any interest in the entity awarding the contract. Further, the transaction does not fall under related party transactions.
