India, Oct. 30 -- The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 4.32 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 23.95 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 81.96 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 20.48 per cent at Rs 9.24 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 11.62 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 20.87 per cent to Rs 6.75 crore from Rs 8.53 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 82.40 per cent at Rs 3.55 crore versus (Sep'25 Rs 20.17 crore).
