India, Oct. 9 -- Vishal Nirmiti Ltd. makes a weak debut on the bourses with scrip got listed at Rs 215.00 on the Bombay Stock Exchange, a 2.27 per cent discount to its issue price of Rs 220.00. On the National Stock Exchange, the stock was listed at Rs 215.00.
The company, which raised 0.81 Cr from initial public offering, was subscribed 1.79 times, receiving bids for 144.83 lakhs shares against the total issue size of 80.91 lakhs shares.
The company, listed under T Group Securities post its IPO, opened for subscription from Sep 30 to Oct 05.
Following a weak opening, the scrip touched an intraday high of Rs 215.00 and a low of Rs 204.25, before closing the session up by 7.15 per cent to its listing price at Rs 204.25 on the BSE.
