Vikram Solar appoints Biresh Ranjan Das as Senior Vice President – HR

India, Jan. 13 -- Vikram Solar on Tuesday announced the appointment of Biresh Ranjan Das as Senior Vice President – Human Resources.

In his new role, Das will spearhead the company's people and culture agenda, working closely with the leadership team to strengthen organisational capabilities in line with Vikram Solar's growth strategy and expanding global presence, the company said in a statement.

He will be responsible for overseeing workforce strategy, organisational design, productivity initiatives and leadership development across the organisation.
