India, Dec. 3 -- Vikram Solar has named Arun Mittal as the Chief Executive Officer of VSL Powerhive, its wholly owned energy storage subsidiary.
Chairman and Managing Director Gyanesh Chaudhary said the appointment comes as the company strengthens its focus on battery energy storage systems (BESS), which are expected to play a key role in building resilient and scalable clean energy solutions. He added that Mittal's leadership will help drive the company's ambition to develop world-class battery capabilities and a robust energy storage ecosystem.
Mittal brings over 30 years of experience in battery manufacturing, energy storage design, and strategic business transformation.
