India, May 29 -- The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.88 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 0.99 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 11.11 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 20.14 per cent at Rs 64.85 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 81.20 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 24.04 per cent to Rs 63.17 crore from Rs 83.16 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 82.77 per cent at Rs 1.47 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 8.53 crore).
