India, Jan. 7 -- United Breweries Limited (UBL), part of the HEINEKEN Company, on Wednesday announced the launch of Kingfisher Smooth, a strategic innovation that expands the Kingfisher portfolio in India's mainstream strong beer segment. The new offering is aimed at younger legal-age consumers who prefer strong beers but seek a smoother and more approachable drinking experience.

Kingfisher Smooth has been launched in Rajasthan, one of India's largest strong beer–consuming markets. Brewed using imported hops and with no added sugar, the beer is positioned as a more sessionable option, delivering a smooth and balanced taste while retaining the strength associated with the Kingfisher brand.
