India, May 20 -- The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 12.38 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 15.87 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 21.99 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined marginally by 1.24 per cent at Rs 179.68 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 181.94 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 0.68 per cent to Rs 158.71 crore from Rs 157.64 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 24.17 per cent at Rs 2.98 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 2.40 crore).
