India, Feb. 13 -- The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.11 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.57 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 92.99 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined by 0.44 per cent at Rs 13.67 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 13.73 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 11.53 per cent to Rs 13.45 crore from Rs 12.06 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 46.88 per cent at Rs 0.17 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.32 crore).
