India, May 13 -- TVS Motor Company has approved the appointment of Ravindran Shanmugam as an Additional Director and Non-Executive Independent Director for a term of five consecutive years, effective May 13, 2026, subject to shareholder approval through postal ballot.
The company said the appointment was approved by its Board of Directors at a meeting held on Wednesday. TVS Motor also clarified that Ravindran Shanmugam is not related to any director of the company and is not debarred by SEBI or any other authority from holding the office of director.
