India, May 14 -- TVS Motor Company on Thursday announced the appointment of seasoned technology entrepreneur Ravindran Shanmugam as an independent director for a term of five years.
Shanmugam currently serves as the co-founder and executive chairman of Singapore-based AI-enabled interior design and renovation platform Mablle.
The company said his appointment is effective from May 13 and remains subject to shareholders' approval.
