India, Aug. 27 -- The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 6.73 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 9.88 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 31.88 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose by 5.99 per cent at Rs 80.71 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 76.15 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 21.76 per cent to Rs 70.00 crore from Rs 57.49 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 2022.22 per cent at Rs 3.82 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 0.18 crore).
