India, April 27 -- Transformers and Rectifiers (India) Limited has secured an international export order worth USD 16.26 million (approx. Rs 150 crore) from PDC AK LPIV LLC.
The contract involves the manufacturing and supply of five transformers, along with related work. The order has been awarded by an international entity and is scheduled for execution, with deliveries expected by mid-2027.
The company clarified that the order falls under its normal course of business and does not constitute a related party transaction. Additionally, there is no involvement or interest from the promoter or promoter group in the awarding entity.
