India, Aug. 7 -- Texmaco Rail & Engineering Ltd has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Skoda Digital S.R.O., Czech Republic, to explore collaboration opportunities in railway digitalisation solutions.
The proposed partnership will focus on AI-based systems and advanced rail digital technologies, with both companies intending to evaluate potential business opportunities and negotiate a definitive agreement, subject to mutual approvals.
The MoU is non-binding and does not involve any commercial terms, equity participation, joint venture, financing arrangement, or related-party transaction. It serves as a framework for exploring future strategic collaboration.
