India, July 7 -- Texmaco Rail & Engineering Ltd. has received a Letter of Award (LoA) worth Rs 70.72 crore (including taxes) from the Central Warehousing Corporation (CWC) for the manufacture and supply of BLSS rakes along with brake vans.
The company said the order is to be executed within 180 days from the date of the award.
Texmaco Rail clarified that the contract has been awarded by a domestic entity and does not involve any related-party transaction. The company also confirmed that its promoter or promoter group has no interest in the entity awarding the contract.
