India, June 16 -- Suven Life Sciences Ltd. has announced the successful completion of its First-in-Human (FIH) Phase-1 clinical study for SUVN-I6107, a novel Muscarinic M1 Positive Allosteric Modulator (M1-PAM) being developed for central nervous system (CNS) disorders. Based on positive safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetic (PK), and pharmacodynamic (PD) results, the company will advance the drug candidate into Phase-2 clinical development.
The randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled Phase-1 study evaluated SUVN-I6107 in healthy volunteers through both Single Ascending Dose (SAD) and Multiple Ascending Dose (MAD) segments.
