India, Jan. 28 -- The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 8.72 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 22.13 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 60.60 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 38.82 per cent at Rs 87.04 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 142.26 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 30.20 per cent to Rs 75.74 crore from Rs 108.51 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 16.63 per cent at Rs 15.50 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 13.29 crore).
