India, Aug. 19 -- The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 20.36 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 17.09 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 19.13 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose by 5.54 per cent at Rs 222.39 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 210.72 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 5.64 per cent to Rs 196.80 crore from Rs 186.30 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 76.20 per cent at Rs 7.33 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 4.16 crore).
