India, Feb. 13 -- The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 8.22 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 7.71 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 6.61 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined by 5.81 per cent at Rs 91.82 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 97.48 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 1.67 per cent to Rs 91.20 crore from Rs 89.70 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 162.22 per cent at Rs 11.80 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 4.50 crore).
