India, March 30 -- Silver futures moved higher on Monday, gaining 0.88% to Rs 2,29,951 per kg, supported by safe-haven demand amid global uncertainties.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, contracts for May delivery rose by Rs 1,997, with a turnover of 1,327 lots.
Analysts said the uptick was driven by fresh buying interest, as market participants increased positions in response to the uncertain global environment.
