India, July 14 -- Silver futures rose 1.35% on Tuesday, supported by firm global trends and fresh buying by market participants.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), the July contract gained Rs 2,946 to Rs 2,20,664 per kilogram, with a business turnover of 1,422 lots.
According to analysts, fresh positions created by traders, along with positive global cues, supported the rise in silver futures.
