India, July 14 -- Sigma Advanced Systems Ltd., an Indian aerospace and defence precision engineering company, has announced the acquisition of 100% equity stake in UK-based Bromford Precision Solutions Ltd. for approximately GBP 11.89 million (around Rs 153 crore).
The transaction is expected to be completed by the end of July 2026, subject to customary closing conditions. Sigma said the acquisition has been valued at an enterprise value-to-adjusted EBITDA multiple of around 4.6x.
