India, Feb. 13 -- The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.03 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 4.02 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 49.50 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 12.52 per cent at Rs 35.13 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 40.16 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 13.05 per cent to Rs 29.18 crore from Rs 33.56 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 56.16 per cent at Rs 0.64 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 1.46 crore).
