India, July 31 -- Shiva Texyarn Ltd. on Wednesday, 27 May 2026, has announced Final dividend of 6 percent on Equity Share, to its shareholders holding shares on the register on Thursday, 20 August 2026 (Record Date). The ex-dividend date will be 20 August 2026.
The last five dividends are 6% Final dividend (Ex Date : 14 August 2025), 14% Final dividend (Ex Date : 02 September 2022), 12% Final dividend (Ex Date : 09 September 2021), 11% Final dividend (Ex Date : 08 August 2019) and 16% Final dividend (Ex Date : 14 September 2018).
