India, Jan. 13 -- Shilp Gravures has informed that its shareholders have approved the appointment of Jinal Hasmukhbhai Rupani as a Non-Executive Independent Director of the company through a postal ballot conducted via remote e-voting.
The appointment was approved as a special resolution in accordance with Regulation 30 and Regulation 44(3) of the SEBI Listing Regulations. Rupani will hold office for a term of five consecutive years, commencing from November 4, 2025, and will not be liable to retire by rotation. Her formal date of appointment is January 12, 2026.
