India, Aug. 26 -- The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 20.86 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 41.49 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 49.72 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 15.21 per cent at Rs 134.61 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 158.75 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 5.85 per cent to Rs 112.55 crore from Rs 106.33 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 69.74 per cent at Rs 7.18 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 4.23 crore).
