India, Oct. 22 -- Shakti Pumps India Ltd has invested Rs 12 crore in its wholly owned subsidiary, Shakti EV Mobility Private Limited, by subscribing to 1.2 crore equity shares with a face value of Rs 10 each.
Following this investment, the company's total investment in the subsidiary has increased to Rs 92 crore.
