India, Sept. 25 -- Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) held its 54th Annual General Meeting on September 24, 2026, where CMD Dr A.K. Panda outlined the company's financial and operational performance for FY 2025-26 and its strategic priorities for the coming years.

Despite a challenging global steel market marked by geopolitical uncertainty and volatility, SAIL achieved record production of crude steel, finished steel and saleable steel during the year, while increasing its focus on higher-value products.
