India, Feb. 10 -- The Indian rupee weakened by 11 paise to 90.77 against the US dollar in early trade on Tuesday, as currency markets remained cautious despite the announcement of the India–US interim trade framework.
In the interbank foreign exchange market, the rupee opened at 90.63 against the dollar but soon pared gains to touch 90.77, reflecting a loss of 11 paise from its previous close.
The domestic currency had a volatile session on Monday and ended marginally lower, settling 1 paisa down at 90.66 against the US dollar.
