India, June 2 -- The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 3.80 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 9.80 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 61.22 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 44.52 per cent at Rs 90.87 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 163.80 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 45.22 per cent to Rs 80.86 crore from Rs 147.61 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 6.45 per cent at Rs 0.66 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.62 crore).
