India, Sept. 30 -- Replus Engitech Private Limited, a subsidiary of HEG Advanced Materials Ltd, and Indus Towers Ltd have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to explore collaboration on Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) solutions for telecom infrastructure in India.
Under the agreement, Replus plans to dedicate 1.5 GWh of BESS production capacity over two years to cater to the growing energy needs of the telecom sector. The company also intends to expand its telecom-focused energy storage portfolio, including higher-capacity battery systems.
