India, Oct. 24 -- Refex Industries Ltd (RIL) has secured an order from a large mining entity in Jharkhand for the removal of overburden (OB) and transportation of coal. The domestic contract, valued at ?300 crore, is to be executed over 8 months with a possible 4-year extension.
The company confirmed that neither promoters nor promoter group have any interest in the ordering entity, and the contract does not qualify as a related-party transaction.
