India, May 15 -- Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has restored the Certificate of Registration (CoR) of Krishna Capfin Limited following consideration of orders passed by the appellate authority and courts.
The Jaipur-based non-banking financial company (NBFC), having its registered office at Padmalaya, 506, Nemi Sagar, Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur, had its CoR restored on April 17, 2026. The company's CoR number is 10.00169.
RBI stated that the NBFC has been advised to comply with the applicable provisions of the RBI Act, 1934, along with all regulatory guidelines, directions and reporting requirements issued by the central bank.
