India, June 2 -- The Reserve Bank of India has launched its annual Survey on Computer Software and Information Technology Enabled Services (ITES) Exports for 2025-26, aimed at gathering data on software exports, IT-enabled services, and business process outsourcing (BPO) activities.

The survey will collect information on various segments of India's software and ITES export industry, with the aggregated results contributing to the compilation of the country's external sector statistics and being released in the public domain.

All software and ITES/BPO exporting entities are required to participate in the survey and submit their responses by July 15, 2026. The RBI has also updated the ITES survey format for the current round.
