India, Feb. 13 -- The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.29 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 17.82 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 98.37 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 17.13 per cent at Rs 62.64 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 53.48 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 21.39 per cent to Rs 55.11 crore from Rs 45.40 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 97.77 per cent at Rs 0.41 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 18.41 crore).
