India, Oct. 28 -- The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 9.06 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 13.88 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 34.73 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 23.33 per cent at Rs 70.44 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 91.88 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 18.42 per cent to Rs 59.76 crore from Rs 73.25 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 3.41 per cent at Rs 3.40 crore versus (Sep'25 Rs 3.52 crore).
