India, June 1 -- The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 4.87 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 9.08 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 46.37 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 3.01 per cent at Rs 68.47 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 66.47 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 14.50 per cent to Rs 62.32 crore from Rs 54.43 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 231.82 per cent at Rs 1.46 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.44 crore).
