India, Dec. 12 -- RailTel Corporation of India Ltd has announced that it has received a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) from the Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai (BMC) for a major communication infrastructure project.
Under the contract, RailTel will provide a comprehensive communication solution with redundancy for the Disaster Management Department for a period of five years. The order is domestic in nature and is scheduled for execution by March 10, 2031.
The estimated contract value is Rs 35,44,83,378, as per the LoA. RailTel confirmed that neither the promoter group nor any group companies have any interest in the awarding entity, and the contract does not fall under related-party transactions.
