India, Sept. 7 -- Raghav Productivity Enhancers Ltd (RPEL) has entered into a strategic joint venture with TRL Krosaki Refractories Ltd to establish a 350,000 MTPA silica ramming mass manufacturing facility in Odisha, involving an initial investment of approximately ?100 crore.
The partnership is aimed at supporting RPEL's transition towards a multi-location manufacturing platform, strengthening its presence in East India and improving supply-chain efficiency by locating production closer to key consumption centres.
Under the JV, RPEL will contribute its patented manufacturing technology, market presence and R&D capabilities, while TRL Krosaki will provide its regional presence, access to quartzite resources in Odisha and global refractor...
