India, May 30 -- The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 8.95 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 10.04 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 10.86 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose by 0.99 per cent at Rs 100.04 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 99.06 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 3.14 per cent to Rs 87.08 crore from Rs 84.43 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 32.97 per cent at Rs 2.46 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 1.85 crore).
