India, Aug. 12 -- The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 8.04 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 9.54 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 15.72 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 6.78 per cent at Rs 105.08 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 98.41 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 10.09 per cent to Rs 93.19 crore from Rs 84.65 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 18.83 per cent at Rs 2.65 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 2.23 crore).
