India, Feb. 12 -- Radiant Cash Management Services Limited has received a Letter of Intent (LoI) from IDBI Bank Limited, in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
The contract involves providing Dedicated Secured Cash Van services and Cash Delivery & Pick-up (CDP) services across seven zones. The agreement has been awarded by a domestic entity and is domestic in nature.
The contract will be valid for three years, commencing from April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2029. The total consideration for the contract is approximately Rs 35 crore, which includes renewal of existing business worth about Rs 15 crore.
