India, May 12 -- R Mukundan, Managing Director and CEO of Tata Chemicals, has assumed office as President of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) for 2026-27, the industry body announced on Tuesday.
Mukundan succeeds Rajiv Memani in the role.
Meanwhile, Suchitra K Ella, co-founder and Managing Director of Bharat Biotech, has taken over as CII President-Designate for 2026-27.
