India, Sept. 22 -- Real estate developer Puravankara has acquired a 13.44-acre land parcel in Greater Noida to develop a residential project with an estimated revenue potential of Rs 5,200 crore.
In a regulatory filing on Tuesday, the company said the land allotment marks its entry into the Delhi-NCR real estate market.
Puravankara has not disclosed the cost of the land acquisition.
