Privi Special. Chem. has declared 50% Final dividend for the financial year March 2027

India, Oct. 31 -- Privi Speciality Chemicals Ltd. on Thursday, 29 October 2026, has announced Final dividend of 50 percent on Equity Share, to its shareholders holding shares on the register on Wednesday, 04 November 2026 (Record Date). The ex-dividend date will be 04 November 2026.

The last five dividends are 100% Final dividend (Ex Date : 31 July 2026), 50% Final dividend (Ex Date : 24 July 2025), 20% Final dividend (Ex Date : 24 July 2024), 20% Final dividend (Ex Date : 20 September 2022) and 20% Final dividend (Ex Date : 17 August 2021).
