India, Sept. 3 -- Prestige Group has expanded its presence in the National Capital Region by adding a 17.14-acre land parcel in Sector 109, Gurgaon to its residential development portfolio.
The upcoming project is expected to have a saleable area of around 2.8 million sq ft and an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of approximately Rs 5,600 crore.
Located close to the Dwarka Expressway, the project offers connectivity to key residential, commercial and social infrastructure across Gurgaon and Delhi. The addition is expected to significantly strengthen Prestige Group's NCR residential pipeline, with the company planning multiple developments in the region during FY27.
