India, July 30 -- Prestige Estates Projects Ltd. on Thursday, 21 May 2026, has announced Final dividend of 20 percent on Equity Share, to its shareholders holding shares on the register on Thursday, 13 August 2026 (Record Date). The ex-dividend date will be 13 August 2026.
The last five dividends are 18% Final dividend (Ex Date : 03 September 2025), 18% Final dividend (Ex Date : 23 September 2024), 15% Final dividend (Ex Date : 14 September 2023), 15% Final dividend (Ex Date : 19 September 2022) and 15% Final dividend (Ex Date : 17 September 2021).
