India, Oct. 24 -- Premier Energies has acquired a 100% stake in KSolare Energy for Rs 170 crore through a joint venture partnership, marking its entry into the solar inverter business. The acquisition will be held in a 51:49% JV with Syrma SGS Technology.
This follows Premier Energies' recent acquisition of a 51% stake in Transcon Industries for ?500.3 crore, expanding its renewable energy and transformer manufacturing portfolio.
